The Silver Lining To Us Precious Metals Futures
Posted on | January 28, 2012 | No Comments
Currently there is an effort in the works on behalf of various special interest groups to undermine the profitability of JP Morgan Chase through the rampant purchase of silver to cause problems with their silver futures programs. Such initiatives have already spurred silver shortages throughout the US and may just have a negative impact on JP Morgan Chase as the movement’s participants intended, so what does this mean to the forex currency exchange? Well if JP Morgan Chase is on the verge of collapse it will inevitably result in another US bailout to prevent catastrophe. If this occurs it will mean the creation of even more money, and this amount will be in the hundreds of billions of dollars…
If you add that to the six hundred billion dollars already being created this year alone you have a recipe for absolute disaster. As things move along we can only begin to imagine the sort of fallout involved but one this is for sure, it will not be good for the United States or the USD. There will likely also be fallout in Canada that is closely tied to the United States, and there would also likely be a strong reaction from China as well.
Such events while unlikely are still entirely possible and should be watched carefully by traders to make sure they are on the right end of a trade. Silver continues to gain strength and value, this is evident because it was $26.00 an ounce a month ago and is now almost $34.00 an ounce.

AISI: American iron and steel institute has the job of identifying and classifying differnt types of steel and metals.
ASTM: American Society of Testing and Materials sets the standard for material metals.
Austenitic: A stainless steel that cannot be heat-hardened. Stainless steel thats in this category is 300 series stainless steel, which is highly corrosion resistant.
Martensitic: Martensitic stainless steel can be toughened by the heat. Due to the lack of nickel it is prone to corrosion. It is also a stainless steel that falls into this category is the 400 series.
Rockwell Scale: Is a scale and method used to measure the toughness of metals.
Stainless Steel: Mostly used in metal in the creating and building of surgical instruments. Stainless steel rusts and stains.
304 Stainless: This is used to create bowls and basins.
316 LVM Stainless: Used to make implantable devices such as pins, plates and screws.
420 Stainless: Pakistani-made and disposable quality instruments are made of this type of stainless steel.
Sterling Silver: Used to make tracheotomy tubes and probes.
Titanium: Very strong and non-magnetic, Its common to see this type of metal in microsurgical instruments. This metal is identified by its blue color and is stronger and lighter than stainless steel.
Tungsten Carbide: An extremely hard metal used in jaws of needle holders and blades of surgical scissors. T.C. which stand for tungsten carbide is usually a gold color which is used for handles of instruments.
Pakistani-Made Surgical Instruments: Pakistan makes up a decent amount of all surgical instruments in the world. This nation creates 75% of surgical instruments. These instruments are made in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore. Global companies will look to Pakistan to create descent made low priced surgical instruments.
German-Made Surgical Instruments: Germany makes the second most instruments for surgery. These are a higher grade of quality but are more expensive. Most suppliers will buy from Germany if there looking for a higher grade surgical instrument.

Investing Opportunities In Rare Earth Metals
Posted on | January 28, 2012 | No Comments
These days, it is pretty complicated to start a company. During recession, not only you need a great idea, but you also need to work hard to achieve a satisfying profit. Despite this fact, there are a lot of “specialists” declaring to teach you how to start and manage a business in just a couple of days. Fortunately for some people, it’s not that simple to come up with an idea and a plan in just one or two days. I should mention, to be able to start your business, you need a quite big budget. Also, just question yourself: if it was that easy to manage a business and still have a huge profit, why are there a lot of poor – mediocre people throughout the world?
Nevertheless, there is an area in which one can invest and obtain substantial profit. Lately, rare earth elements have been extremely popular and utilized for the mass creation of numerous items. Current technology is a lot more needier for the rare earth elements to be able to give people what they have been wanting for some time at this point: modern electronical devices. For instance, hybrid auto engines require dysprosium (that’s one of many rare earth elements).
The most significant export of rare earth elements occurs in china. Unfortunately, the amount of rare earth elements isn’t unlimited, and so they’ll come to an end eventually. It may be beneficial to invest in rare earth elements, mainly because new technology relies on them. Green technology devices, iphones, tvs are now being produced utilizing rare earth elements, iPhones and green technologies rely on them. Photo optics and rechargeable batteries are also dependant on rare earth metals. As i mentioned, sources of rare earth elements are limited, therefore their price will grow. Modern technology will keep on attracting people, so people will certainly continue on buying it.
There are many rare earth elements, but here are a few of them: molybdenum, platinum, lithium, thorium, zirconium, neodymium, iridium, rubidium, osmium, manganese, palladium etc. As i brought up, that is simply a short list, the list of rare elements is bigger. Lithium might be the most famous among all those rare earth elements talked about above. Nearly all of our cell phone batteries rely on this metal.
Following rare earth news is likely to be very helpful if you are thinking of investing in rare earth elements. As their source is pretty limited, the purchase price will certainly grow, which results in you earning profit.
Bhp billiton, that is mining manganese and angloamerican, producing ferrous metals, are 2 of the corporations mining rare earth elements.
I will call it a fantastic deal, when you’ve got the necessary amount of money for the rare earth elements investment. As it’s pretty high priced, this investment might not be for almost any ordinary investor, but it does help to keep up with rare earth news and to impart about it whenever possible, if you happen to join a group of common investors.
